Restrictions

Age

Drivers must be 18 years of age to drive in the Arbiter T.E. experience.

Health Restrictions

Due to the extreme nature of the experience, drivers with pre-existing conditions, such as heart conditions, neck or back issues, high blood pressure, seizures, pregnancy or motion sickness/vertigo, will NOT be allowed to participate.

Drivers with prosthetic or casted appendages will not be permitted to participate at this time.

Not everyone will fit in the cars.  There is no set height/weight restrictions, but these are relatively small cars, and we have noticed folks over 6’4″ and 280lbs, have a harder time fitting in some cars

The Experience

How Many Laps Do I  Get?
  • You will have as many sessions and laps within a session that the HPDE organization of your choice will provide

  • Note: It is encouraged to do one session at a level lower than your regular choice to get a feel for the car

Are Instructors Provided?
  • Each HPDE organization has their or set number of instructors and are usually reserved to Novice/Green group participants. You must cooridnate with the HPDE organization for any special requests outside of Novice/Green group

When Should I Arrive?
  • 1hr prior to HPDE registration start. This will allow you to take delivery , receive an overview brief, and ask any questions of the car

How Long Is The Experience?
  • All day. From the beginning of the HPDE event (registration) to the last run group of your participation/choice. Expect to have 1.5-2hrs of time on track with the car. Please see the HPDE organization of your choice event schedule for further details

Does Anything Come With the Car?
  • There will be a dash cam installed in the car for legal & safety purposes

  • Tire Pressure gauge w/ air pump

  • Helmet can be provided by Arbiter T.E. (No Fee) and/or the HPDE organization/track by request (Potential Fee May Apply)

What Should I Wear?
  • Closed toed shoes are required.  No open toed shoes, high heels, or other shoes that would inhibit your ability to manipulate the pedals.  Dress comfortably for the weather

Can I Bring Spectator?
  • Yes, spectators are welcome

  • Spectators will not be allowed to ride in the cars

Booking

Do I Need A Reservation?
  • Reservations are required

Are Cars Covered By Insurance
  • NO

  • All reservations include track insurance in the price

  • Customers will be financially responsible for any all damages deemed at the customer's fault up to the written write off the value of the vehicle (typically 50%)

  • If damages exceed the insurance threshold for total loss, the customer is liable for the insurance deductible of 15%

Is there a Cancellation/Refund/Rain Out Policy
